Teaching

Dr. Andreatta enjoys working with all types/ages of learners from 3 to over 60 years-old. He has taught in after-school and special needs programs, grade schools and middle schools presenting on topics of percussion, world music and communal music-making in both small and large groups.

He feels that education is a continual process and he personally enjoys working with all ages and ability levels. He tailors lessons to the student’s needs and interests such as by incorporating the students’ interests (history, science, sports) into their lesson plan.

Drew’s percussion studio is in Middleburg Heights and is currently accepting new students ages 7+. He does accept younger based on his discretion.
